Use of Photos and Images
Please note that in order to use a design (photo. image, text, brand or saying) you must have full rights to
use this design. By uploading or saving a design you agree that:
1. You own the rights to commercially reproduce this design.
2. You also release us from any claims made as a result of any copyright infringement.
3. You understand that infringement fo copyright is illegal. If you have any doubt a s to the legal
ownership of a design you should check with the rightful owner that you are able to use the design
before uploading.
4. You understand that we act under your instructions and are not obligated in any way to check or
confirm the legal use of reproducing any designs.
It is our intention to provide the best print and promotional products at the most competitive price.
If there is an issue with a completed job, we will do our best to correct it , replace it, or give a refund or credit. All issues must be submitted no more than 30 days after delivery.
For mailing projects: We will print and deliver projects to the post office. Once the materials are in the postal system we cannot be responsible for delays, disruptions, or circumstances beyond our control.
